NZCO integration - Company information is directly imported from NZ Companies Office including Company details, shareholder/holding details, annual return date, and directors details. File the AR and update director’s details directly to NZ Companies Office.

Shares - Transfer and issue shares and create all associated documentation.

Documents - Choose from over 300 templates to create various documents such as procedures, letters, minutes, certificates, reports, and more. Each template includes necessary forms and practical guidance for key company events.
